Getting access to Terrace for Growers
Terrace for Growers is the iPhone and iPad app for farms that run on Terrace. It needs a Terrace account, and there is no sign-up in the app: your farm's owner or office creates your account from the Terrace web app.
- Ask your farm's owner or office to add you from Team settings in the web app at app.terracetech.co.
- Open the invitation email from Terrace and set your password.
- Sign in to Terrace for Growers with the same email and password.
If your farm doesn't use Terrace yet, email us and we'll find a time to show you around.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the app at any time.
- In Terrace for Growers, open More, then Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Enter your password, tap Delete my account, then tap Delete forever to confirm.
This permanently deletes your sign-in, profile, and notification settings, and it can't be undone. Business records your farm keeps, such as orders, invoices, and customers, belong to the farm and are not removed. If you're the only owner of a farm that has other active members, make someone else an owner first. You can also email us to ask for your account to be deleted.
Privacy and terms
Our Privacy Policy explains what Terrace collects and how it's used, including how Scout, the AI assistant, uses Google's Gemini AI service and how the app uses your location and camera. The Terms of Service govern your use of Terrace.
