Accessing Settings
Access your settings from anywhere in Terrace:
Click your profile icon in the top right corner
Select Settings from the dropdown
Profile Settings
Your personal account information:
Basic Information
- - Name

Security
- - Change password
- - Two-factor authentication (coming soon)
Notifications
- - Email notification preferences

Farm Settings
Configure your farm's business information:
Farm Profile
Your business name
Appears on invoices
Main farm location
Phone and email
Your farm's website URL
About your farm
Business Details
For invoicing
LLC, Corporation, etc.
If applicable
Organic, GAP, etc.
Pickup Locations
Set up locations where customers can pick up orders:
Go to Settings → Pickup Locations
Click Add Location
Enter location details:
- - Location name
- - Full address
- - Available days and times
- - Special instructions
Save the location
Usage: Pickup locations appear as options when creating orders with "Pickup" fulfillment.
Invoice Settings
Customize how your invoices look and function:
Invoice Branding
- •Upload your farm logo
- •Choose invoice color scheme
- •Add custom footer text
Invoice Numbering
- •Set invoice number prefix (e.g., "INV-")
- •Choose starting number
- •Numbers increment automatically
Payment Terms
- •Default due date (Net 15, Net 30, etc.)
- •Payment instructions text
- •Late fee settings (optional)
Auto-Invoicing
Enable automatic invoice creation:
- •Create invoices when orders are placed
- •Send invoices automatically via email
- •Choose which customer types get auto-invoiced
Regional Settings
Configure formats for your region:
USD, CAD, EUR, etc.
For scheduling and timestamps
MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY
Imperial or Metric
Tax Settings
Configure sales tax for your orders and invoices:
Go to Settings → Tax Rates
Add tax rates by region or product type
Tax is calculated automatically on orders
Note: Some agricultural products may be tax-exempt. Consult your local regulations.
