Plan and track harvests to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
Understanding the Calendar
The Harvest Calendar shows all scheduled harvests and order fulfillment dates in one view. Use it to plan your work and see what's coming up.
Why use the calendar: Coordinate harvests with order deadlines, plan labor needs, and avoid over-committing.
Calendar Views
Switch between views using the toggle at the top of the calendar:
See the full month at a glance. Best for planning ahead.
Focus on the current week with more detail per day.
See everything scheduled for a single day.
What's on the Calendar
The calendar displays your orders and harvests. Each order is color-coded based on its status:
- •Pending orders
- •Confirmed orders
- •Harvested orders
- •Completed deliveries and pickups
Color coding: Orders appear in different colors based on their current status, making it easy to see what needs attention.
Scheduling a Harvest
Harvests are typically created automatically when orders are placed, but you can also schedule them manually:
Click on a date in the calendar
Select Add Harvest
Choose the product and quantity to harvest
Optionally link to an order
Save the harvest
Linked harvests: When a harvest is linked to an order, completing the harvest automatically updates the order status.
Completing Harvests
When you've completed a harvest, mark it as done:
Click on the harvest in the calendar
Enter the actual quantity harvested
Click Complete Harvest
Inventory is automatically increased with the harvested quantity
Linked orders move to "Harvested" status
Viewing Order Details
Click any event on the calendar to see more details:
- •Customer name and contact info
- •Products and quantities ordered
- •Delivery or pickup address
- •Special instructions
- •Quick link to full order details
Filtering the Calendar
Use filters to focus on specific types of events:
Harvests, deliveries, pickups
Show specific products only
Filter by customer name
See one driver's schedule
