Customer Profile

Click any customer to see their full profile with three tabs:

Overview Tab

  • - Contact information (name, email, phone, address)
  • - Customer type and status
  • - Notes
  • - Applied discounts

Orders Tab

  • - All orders from this customer
  • - Total order count and lifetime value
  • - Click any order to view details

Activity Tab

  • - Timeline of interactions
  • - Order history with dates
  • - Status changes and notes

Adding a New Customer

Click Add Customer button

Fill in customer details:

  • - First Name, Last Name (required)
  • - Business Name (for business customers)
  • - Email and Phone
  • - Address
  • - Notes

Click Save Customer

Customer Discounts

You can set up customer-specific discounts that are automatically applied when creating orders:

Open customer profile

Click Manage Discounts

Choose discount type

Set which products the discount applies to

Save changes

Discount Types

Percentage

e.g., 10% off all orders

Fixed Amount

e.g., $50 off each order

Tiered

Discounts based on order size

Note: Discounts are automatically applied when creating orders for this customer.
