Quick Start
Get up and running with Terrace in just a few steps.
Logging In
Open the Terrace app or visit the web portal
Enter your email address and password
Click Sign In
You'll be taken to your Dashboard
First-Time Setup
When you first log in, we recommend completing these setup steps:
Complete your farm profile
Add your farm name, address, and business information. This appears on invoices and customer communications.
Set up pickup locations
If customers pick up orders from your farm, configure the pickup locations they can choose from.
Configure invoice settings
Add your company name, logo, and payment terms to customize how your invoices look.
Invite team members
If you have staff, send them invitations to join your Terrace account with appropriate permissions.
Tip: You can access all these settings from theAccount Settingssection at any time.
Navigating Terrace
Desktop
Use the sidebar on the left to navigate between sections. Click on any menu item to switch views.
Mobile
Use the bottom navigation bar or hamburger menu to access different sections of the app.
