Set up your products and track inventory levels to keep orders accurate.

Viewing Products

The Products section shows all your farm products in a searchable list. Each product displays:

Name

Product name and description

Category

How products are grouped

Price

Default price per unit

Stock

Current available quantity

Adding a Product

Click Add Product button

Fill in product details:

  • - Product name (required)
  • - Description
  • - Category
  • - Unit type (lb, bunch, each, etc.)
  • - Price per unit
  • - Initial stock quantity

Click Save Product

Tip: Use consistent naming conventions to make products easier to find when creating orders.

Managing Stock

Keep your inventory levels accurate by updating stock as you harvest and sell:

Click on the product

Click Add Stock

Enter quantity and optional notes

Save to update inventory

Removing Stock

Stock is automatically reduced when orders are placed. You can also manually remove stock for:

  • Spoilage or waste
  • Personal use
  • Inventory corrections
  • Samples or donations

Stock History

Every stock change is tracked with a timestamp and reason. View the history to see:

Reasons for changes

Access history: Click any product, then select the "History" tab to view all stock changes.

Product Variants

Create variants for products sold in different sizes or formats:

Open the product

Click Add Variant

Set variant name, unit, and price

Each variant tracks its own stock

Barcodes

Assign barcodes to products for faster lookup and inventory management:

  • - Enter barcode number
  • - Or scan existing barcode

Using Barcodes

  • - Quick product lookup
  • - Faster order entry
  • - Inventory scanning

Mobile scanning: Use your phone's camera to scan barcodes when adding products to orders or updating inventory.

Low Stock Alerts

Set minimum stock levels to get notified when inventory runs low:

You'll see a warning when stock falls below this level

Note: Low stock products are highlighted in your product list and on the dashboard.
